Evacuaction Plan

• Please exit by the nearest safe door or window
• Please go to the front of the property (if it is safe to do so)
• Once safe, call emergency services (000)
• Do NOT enter the property until emergency services have given permission to do so

Fire Safety

• Interconnected smoke alarms are located throughout the property
• Fire Extinguishers are located in the Kitchen and the Alfresco Dining areas.
• Fire Blanket: Located in the Kitchen
• In the event of a fire, if it is safe to do so, use the fire extinguisher and/or fire blanket. If it is unsafe, contact the fire brigade on 000

Flooding or Water Damage

• Shut off the water main located in the front of the property on left side in the front garden
• Contact emergency services if flooding is significant and there is a risk to safety.
• Notify the host as soon as it is safe to do so

Electrical Issues or Power Outage

• Main switchboard is located on the side of the house (front – left side of premises)
• If there’s an electrical fire or sparks, evacuate and contact emergency services (000)
• Notify the host as soon as it is safe to do so

Medical Emergencies

• Contact NSW Ambulance on 000
• If trained, administer first aid treatment
• First aid kit is located in the laundry

General Note

• Please prioritise your safety and the safety of others at all times
• Please reach out to emergency services in the event of an emergency
• There is a firstaid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket in the laundry
• Please notify the host after contacting emergency services
• Please keep pathways clear for emergency access
